Elections were held.  Mr. Hill will announce the new troop leaders at the meeting on March 1rst. 

Summer Camp
Check your email for the link to the Summer Camp Questionnaire.

Please fill out the summer camp interest form for each of your scouts and any adults interested in going as an adult leader.
 
All prices assume we complete registration by the camp’s early-bird date.  This is usually around April 1rst.
 
Klondike Derby
This year the Klondike Derby will be limited to a single day event.  The event will be held on Saturday, March 13th at the First Congregational Church.    More details will follow. 

Personal Fitness Badge
The Troop will be having a Personal Fitness merit badge timing session on March 3rd.  The session will be at 4 pm at St. Joseph High School. 

 
Visit From Packs 607 and 623
The AOL scouts from Packs 607 and 623 were in attendance at Monday’s Meeting in preparation for Crossover.  The Scouts from 623 discussed fire building and safety and knot tying with the Cub Scouts.  Scouts also worked on Advancements.

Elections
Scouts signed up for leadership positions that they were interested in.  The elections will be held on February 22nd.

Scout of the Year Awards
This year Mr. Hill broke from tradition and decided to recognize 3 Scouts for the Scout of the Year.
The recipients of this year’s awards were Nathan Sparkman, William Bacon and Dylan Walsh.

Elections
Mr. Hill also discussed elected positions.  Elections will be held on February, 22nd.  The positions for available include:
Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader(s), Librarian, Historian, Quarter Master and others
Class B Uniforms
Class B uniforms were passed out at the meeting.  If you ordered Class B uniforms and did not receive them please contact Mr. Sparkman.  Also, we did end up with one extra Class B t-shirt for the Timberwolves Patrol.   The shirt is a size small.  If your Scout is in the T-wolves patrol and wants a small Class-B please see Mr. Walsh.
Summer Camp
We are targeting the week of July 11th-17th for summer camp.   As stated last week, we will need adult volunteers to go to camp with the Scouts to maintain the 2-deep leadership requirements.   Adults who attend camp must be registered as volunteers with the BSA.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be Monday, February 8th at the Church.
