Meeting Activities
Scouts completed an aquatics requirement, worked on advancements, and played a relay game. 
 
October 25, 2021 Don’t Do Drugs Event!
Many young Scouts need this event to rank up so please do your best to attend this special event! If this is all Scouts needs to advance, these Scouts need to have Scout Master Conferences to be promoted.

Service Hours Opportunities
Saturday, Oct 23, 10am - 6pm and possibly Sunday, Oct 24
Brandon Jones’ Eagle Scout project at Humane Society: 5400 S Niles Rd, Saint Joseph MI 49085 (on M-139 between E. Marquette Woods and John Beers Rd). Scouts will be making a dog walking path, moving rock, installing edging and tamping path down. Please bring water bottles, work gloves, rakes, shovels, and/or tampers. The troop is in need of merit badge counselors. 
 
The need is most urgent for the Eagle required badges….
(a) First Aid, (b) Citizenship in the Community, (c) Citizenship in the Nation, (d) Citizenship in the World, (e) Communication, (f) Cooking, (g) Personal Fitness, (h) Emergency Preparedness OR Lifesaving, (i) Environmental Science OR Sustainability, (j) Personal Management, (k) Swimming OR Hiking OR Cycling, (l) Camping, and (m) Family Life.

Meetings Tonight, Tues Oct 5, 2021!
The PLC meeting is tonight at the shed at 5:30pm.
The Troop Committee Meeting will be from 7 to 8 this evening. 
 
Meeting Activities
Scouts worked on advancement, cleaned out expired food from shed, discussed what happened at October campout, and played sharks and minnows. 
 
Promotions
Levi Leitert was promoted to Second Class
Blake Bacon was promoted to First Class

The Eagle Ceremony for Will Bacon is scheduled for October 10th from 2 to 4 pm.
The ceremony will be held at The Chapel EFC (4250 Washington Ave, St. Joseph )
