Highlights from tonight's meeting:

Announcements:
~ This Sunday is Scout Sunday and all scouts need to attend. They should arrive at the Church in their Class A's between 9:30-10:00. We will present our Charter to the Church for the 100th time!
~ This hasn't been mentioned for awhile but the First Congregational church will be renovating the kitchen. Once it has been renovated, the scouts will have the opportunity to be able to use the kitchen for fundraising purposes. The troop will be donating some money for the renovation. The scouts may also donate some money from their scout accounts. Scouts are encouraged to take a look at the balance in their accounts and see if they have a few extra dollars that they may want to donate.
~ This Thursday, February 20th, Pack 623 will be crossing over into scouts. We will need about eight Scouts to help with this. The dinner starts at 6:00. Thank you to the scouts who volunteered to be there tonight.

~ February 20 - sign up for Mackinac Honor Guard - 7:00pm Parent must attend
~ February 20 - Blue and Gold/Crossover Pack 623 - SPL, ASPL & patrol leaders should plan on attending. Banquet starts at 6:00.
~ February 23 - Scout Sunday - all scouts are asked to attend - arrive between 9:30-10:00am & scouts need to wear their class A's
~ March 28-29 - USS Edson Overnight trip with Troop 614
~ June 18-23 - High Adventure: White Water Rafting at Ohio Pyle, Pennsylvania
~ July 11-18 - Mackinac Island Governor's Honor Guard week
~ July 19-25 - Summer Camp at Camp Gerber
~ August 7-9 - 100th Celebration of Troop 623 and First Congregational Church Campout at the Church
~ November 20-22 - Thanksgiving Feast at Camp Frank S. Betz in Thunderbird Hall and Roman Potempa Cabin.
