DUES
Yearly Scout fees are due by November 2nd. Please make arrangements with Mr. Lorenz if cannot pay the entire amount by then. The Troop will be very flexible with payment terms as needed.
Adult dues will be $54/adult
Scout dues will be $126 dollars/scout. If your Scout would like a subscription to Boys Life, it will be additional $12/Scout.
IMPORTANT DATES:
The next Philmont practice hike will be Nov 6-8 at Salamonie Lake in Indiana.
There will be an Order of the Arrow (OA) meeting on Thursday, Nov, 12th at the Van Buren Conference Center. If you are in the OA please try to attend for new officer elections.
Leave raking at the Church is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, Nov 14th. This is a great opportunity for Scouts to earn service hours and to give back to our Charter organization.
Thanksgiving Feast is scheduled for Nov 20th through 22nd at Camp Betz in Berrien Springs. The event this year will be limited to Scouts and Adult Leader only.
OTHER ANNOUCEMENTS
EDGE Method training will be conducted at next week’s meeting.
Scouts should be wearing Class A uniform and bringing their books to every meeting.
A design for this year’s Class B uniform has been finalized. There will be a choice of 50/50 cotton blend or dry wicking t-shirts as well as crew or hooded sweatshirts. Color will be a dark gray fabric with light gray lettering. A link to the order form will be sent in a separate email.
