Scout Master's Minute - 11/12/18

Highlights from tonight:
~ planned the activities for the Thanksgiving feast weekend
~ continued to work on rank advancements
Upcoming:
~ 11/13/18 - Committee meeting  - 6:00 to load trailer for weekend & 7:00 (or possibly earlier) for meeting (all parents are invited)
~ 11/16-11/18 - Thanksgiving Feast trip
~ 11/17/18  Thanksgiving dinner (around 6:00) followed by the Court of Honor.
~ 12/8/18 - OA Winter Banquet
Announcements:
~ If you are participating in the Thanksgiving feast weekend, please meet at the troop shed behind the church no later than 4:55 pm Friday.  We are planning on leaving at 5:00 to caravan to Tower Hill Camp in Sawyer.
~ If you were not able to turn in your permission slip for this weekend tonight, you need to let us know if you are planning on attending either the whole weekend or just the dinner on Saturday by Tuesday night (11/13/18).  We need an accurate head count so the proper amount of food can be planned.  (permission slip is attached)
~ Committee meeting Tuesday night (11/13/18)  6:00 we will be loading the trailer for the weekend trip followed by the regular meeting at approximately 7:00
