Scoutmaster's Minute - 5/6/19

Highlights from last night's meeting:
~ A few more leadership positions were filled.  Kyle Smith will be our Leave No Trace Trainer.  Will Christy will continue as Historian and Ben Rohaly will be the Historian Assistant.
~ Our historians will be working on a presentation of the history of our troop as we are coming up on our 100 year anniversary.  I will be getting a link to a drop box that will be part of the weekly minutes for you to share any pictures you may have of the troop.
~ We are looking for more girls to join our troop.  If you know of any that may be interested, please invite them to a troop meeting.

Upcoming:
~ 5/7/19 - committee meeting - 7:00  all parents are welcome to attend
~ 5/19/19 - crop walk - will need boys to help set up/take down tables.  More information will be available at the next meeting.  If I get it before then, I will send it out to everyone.  The boys will earn service hours for helping.
~ 6/15/19 - 11:00 Flag retirement ceremony at the Elks Lodge
~ 6/15/19 - 5:00 Eagle Court of Honor ceremony at the First Congregational Church
~ 7/14-7/20/19 - Summer camp - final payment is due Monday 5/13
